From the M62

1. Leave the motorway at junction 20 Heading for Oldham on the A627M.
2. Continue on the A627M which at its end, becomes the A663 Broadway.
3. At the first set of traffic lights, turn right onto the A669 Middleton Road.
4. Sienna Court is the third turning on the left.

From the M60 ring road

1. Leave the motorway at junction 21 onto the A663 Broadway heading for Oldham.
2. The first set of traffic lights is outside Costco. Turn left at the fifth set of traffic lights onto A669 Middleton Road.
3. Sienna Court is the third turning on the left.
